Classic Car Insurance FAQs

Classic and antique cars, muscle cars, exotic and supercar vehicles, modern collector cars, custom and street rods, collector trucks and SUVs, replicas, modified vehicles, motorcycles, and military vehicles.
Discounts vary by carrier but commonly include: multi-vehicle/collection discounts, car club membership discounts, switching from another collector car insurer, and bundling with other policies such as home or umbrella coverage.
These policies are designed for occasional use as your second vehicle — not your daily driver. Mileage of 3,500 or less is generally consistent with collector use, though up to 7,500 miles annually may be considered by some of the carriers.
Agreed Value (also called Guaranteed Value) means you and the insurer agree on the vehicle's value upfront. In the event of a total loss, you are paid that full agreed amount — with no depreciation applied.
Vehicle Under Construction coverage recognizes the increasing value of your vehicle during all stages of restoration, so you can work on your car with peace of mind. It protects the vehicle from the moment restoration begins through completion.
